Pat Ononibaku, CEO, has more than three decades in human services industry. She is also a serial entrepreneur. She began her career after graduating from college with master’s degree. She operated a licensed day care business when her children were young.  Later she worked for some local nonprofit organizations serving adults with disabilities as administrator. Ms. Ononibaku  interest in cooking led her to operate a restaurant for more than ten years. After selling her restaurant business, she acquired an adult day health center business in 2017. She also manages home care, food and transportation businesses. Ms. Ononibaku currently employs multilingual diverse employees. She is committed to ensuring that BakuCare is an inclusive organization where participants, families and staff feel valued.
